FitKim Testimonials

Crystal Doyle

Crystal DoyleI can’t say enough positive things about FitKim. I have been following and learning from FitKim since she started her blog. I have made numerous healthy, delicious recipes of hers, such as homemade salsa and premade smoothies. I turn to her advice when trying new vitamins and supplements, as she is well versed in this area.

About two years ago, I watched a video FitKim did on personal care products and that had a tremendous impact on me and now I use safer products for my family and me. I have learned that taking small steps to live a healthier lifestyle is doable. She encourages people to be realistic and set goals that you can stick to when it comes to health and fitness. For example, only doing a half hour of physical activity when I don’t have time for more is better than not being active at all for the day. She offers great at-home workouts that I can work into my busy day.

I enjoy reading her blog and getting email updates that keep me motivated. In a nutshell, FitKim helps me lead a healthier lifestyle and has shown me that it is possible, even being while being the mom of four boys.

LeeAnna McLemore

LeeAnna Testimonial After getting pregnant with my first child in 2007, I didn’t work out at all until May of 2011. The only time I ate somewhat healthy was during my pregnancies with my two sons. Before I got pregnant, I wore a size 0 (call it genetics-I was lucky!). When I started training with Kim, I was up to a size six and now I’m back in my pre-baby jeans. I’ve tightened and tone, lost inches and pounds, and I feel unbelievable.

I now know how to eat right and actually crave healthy foods. Don’t get me wrong-I still have junk food and treat myself from time to time. Now I’m just smarter about it. I definitely think twice before doing it, because I think about how hard I’ve worked and how far I’ve come over the past several months.

I feel better mentally and look better physically-I simply feel amazing now and just want to keep it up. Kim’s given me just the right support and push I’ve needed. She’s remarkable. I don’t think I would’ve stuck it out without her.

Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose ten pounds or 50, or even just to keep fit, you should definitely consider personal training. Don’t put it off any longer. You owe it to yourself, you deserve it, and you won’t regret it.
