Warm Up 20 seconds on & 10 seconds rest-COMPLETE 4 rounds:
Butt Kicks
Quick Feet
Jumping Jacks
High Knees
Workout 1 minute for exercise with 15 seconds rest-COMPLETE 2 rounds:
Side Squats
Tricep Extensions
Bicep Toss
One-Legged Deadlift
Knee-Up Lunge
Woodchopper
Squats
Twisting Lunges
Bridge Hamstring Curl
Shoulder Toss
