I have always taken short cuts when it comes to losing a few pounds but the weight always comes back on.
I have now started to do it the sensible way. It is essentially about changing your lifestyle to a healthier one and keep going. For me, motivation is a bit of a problem, but I am trying and the stuff you put out helps a lot.
