Kim, if anyone I’ve ever met was going to conquer mountains, it’s you. Glad to see you are well. Your accomplishments are wonderful, expecially that you teach Sunday school.

I am relatively new to working out. Right now I do a lifting/cardio routine. How many days a week should I workout and for how long?
As far as my diet is concerned should I concentrate on eating carbs or protein or both?
Thank you for your help!!

Hi Kim!
I am 29 years old and love to workout. However right now I just do cardio. Should I lift weights as well? I am just worried I will get bulky. What do you recommend?
Thanks,

Hey old friend
You helped me so much the first time I did this! I need your motivation again!! So, as of Monday I: stopped drinking pop, increased water, am eating low carb & high protein, taking konjac fiber, and have lost 3 lbs in 2 days! Now it’s time to add on my workouts (sadly….I haven’t done ANYTHING in at least 6 months) any suggestions for a good jump start routine? Any other suggestions in general?? -
I came to the computer to look for some healthy nutrition options and stumbled upon your site! What I got was so much more. Nutrition, exercise and motivational guidance, just what I need. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!

I ran across your video while researching green bean extract and Garcinia Cambogia. I wanted you opinion on if you think I should take both of those or choose one? I want to lose about 30 pounds and will be exercising with it.

Kim
great videos on youtube really helpful info.
do you have a handle on where to purchase garcinia cambogia in canada? -
juliet March 31st, 2013 at 23:55
Hi Kim,
I am from Australia and I just purchased Garcinia Cambogia 1300* off a legitimate deal website.
The company says it’s made in the USA. However it does not have black pepper as you spoke about in your video. I really hope it the real deal. Can you please check it out? The site is: http://www.completenutra.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=20_26
( the website has all the supplement facts ; beside the other ingredient is Gelatin) and its 60% HCA.
I did not pay that much as I got it from a deals website. I have not felt much of a difference.
I actually feel the urge to eat more and I feel more bloated then normal I have only used it 4 times, however my husband used it the same time and he said he can feel it working (his waist line thinning) When do u take the tablets? There are no instructions on the bottle!
Hope you have time to check it out and to get back to me. Thank youKind Regards
Juls

Kim,
Have you ever heard of a supplement called Healthe Trim (thermo-energy booster)? It says it contains Resveratrol. I don’t know what that is. On the back it says Chromium 200mcg, 166%. I live in Atlanta and there’s a morning program that repeats an “informational” segment, basicly it’s advertisement for the product. But, I was curious what you thought. They claim you can get High School Skinny.I saw your videos on Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffe Bean. Do you think you can take both together? I really enjoy your videos and tips. Thanks!
Monica
