Welcome to my 30 Day Body Makeover Challenge!
I am so excited that you’re joining me for the NEXT 30 days and hopefully BEYOND! This challenge is open to anyone so please invite your FRIENDS too!
Your Day 1 Challenge is ON IT’S WAY, so in the meantime, here are a few details on how it works:
- Every day you’ll get an email (make sure to check your spam box!) with a workout that can be done in 15 MINUTES or LESS. Almost all of them are video-based but I will also include a workout card that you can print off to take with you:)!
- You will not need any special equipment, just some HAND WEIGHTS. I recommend at least having two different sizes and going up from there. You can get them at Target or here on Amazon.
- One day a week will be a rest day and I’ll include a SPECIAL HEALTHY TREAT to help you get closer to your goals even faster.
- And before you start, please take a progress photo. I recommend taking a picture in the same outfit so you can get a better visual:)
And that’s it! If you want more, I highly encourage you to get my 30 DAY MEAL PLAN to go along with your workouts. The truth is, abs are made in the kitchen! I’m sure you’ve heard this phrase before, and I believe that the food you eat is even more important than the fitness. Putting the two together is where the MAGIC happens!
