Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes, chopped and seeded
3 Stalks green onion, diced
½ Avocado, sliced
1 Jalapeno, finely chopped
¼ cup Parsley, diced (can use cilantro or any other fresh herb)
1-3 Garlic cloves (based on preference)
1 Lime, halved
½ Tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Place the first six ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss gently.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the salsa mixture.
3. Sprinkle the sea salt and black pepper on top.
4. Gently stir all items again to ensure seasoning is distributed evenly and serve.
