For any parent out there that has to take their baby to daycare for the first time, you never quite forget how it feels to do so. Everyone tells you, “Get ready for your baby to get one cold after another,” and you just want to scream. You are in a situation where you have to do it, but know that there is a high possibility that what these naysayers have to say will come true. So what to do?

So with her first real cold under her belt, I started Addison on Garden of Life’s Raw Probiotic Kids at three months old. Of course, check with your pediatrician first! But remember, a baby’s immune system is not developed fully so I am always looking for ways to help support it. And my favorite thing is how excited she gets when I show her the container because she knows what’s in it-ha!
