Green lemonade is a great starting point for those new to juicing! Be Your Own Chef on this-use any kind of greens you like. Apple, lemon and ginger always help cut the bitterness of greens. Delicious! Check out my juicer review if you are thinking of buying one:)
2 Apples, quartered
1 Lemon, halved
½ Cucumber (peeled if not organic)
3 stalks Celery
3 big Kale leaves
2 big Romaine laves
½” Ginger Root
1. Using a juicer, juice all items one by one.
2. Drink immediately or store in a mason jar (fill to the brim and refrigerate).
