Juicing Raw Fruits and Vegetables

Want to learn how to juice fruits and vegetables? This is SO good for your body!

3 kale leaves
2 romaine leaves and/or 2 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 apples, sliced
1 lemon, halved
½” ginger root, peeled
1. Place all ingredients, in small batches, in a juicer.
2. Stir and drink immediately.
