Quick Whey Protein Shake

Ingredients:
½ cup milk (almond, rice, regular, etc)
5 ice cubes
½ banana
1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
Filtered water, as needed
Directions:
1. Place the first four ingredients in a blender, and add enough water to cover ¾ of the ingredients.
2. Blend for 30-45 seconds.
3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
