Tabata Ten

For each exercise, alternate between 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds, repeating for a total of four minutes before moving onto the next exercise.

  • Upright Row
  • Dumbbell Clean
  • Tricep Kickbacks
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Half Burpees
  • Strongman Crunch
  • Side Jumping Lunges
  • Pistol Squats
  • Chest Flyes
  • Elevated Pushups
