Looking for an awesome full body workout? Here are 10 exercises that will get your body in shape in no time!

Tabata Ten

For each exercise, alternate between 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds, repeating for a total of four minutes before moving onto the next exercise.

  • Upright Row
  • Dumbbell Clean
  • Tricep Kickbacks
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Half Burpees
  • Strongman Crunch
  • Side Jumping Lunges
  • Pistol Squats
  • Chest Flyes
  • Elevated Pushups
