½ cup quick cooking oats
1 Tsp. cinnamon (season to taste)
1-2 Tbsp. protein powder (I like vanilla)
½ Tbsp. flaxseed
1 Tbsp. raisins
1 Tbsp. nuts (walnuts, pecans and almonds are best)
Handful of frozen berries (optional)
½ cup water
1. Place all ingredients except for cinnamon and water in a bowl. Season heavily with cinnamon.
2. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Add to dry ingredients until desired consistency is met. Mix well and eat immediately.
