Tips for Getting Pregnant-FitKimI gotta tell ya, this is one of the most overwhelming components of being a woman. For those of you that got accidentally pregnant, I’m not referring to you. But for everyone else, I want you to know that it is completely possible to get pregnant whether you have already been trying or are ready to.

These are my recommendations to help you get pregnant:) And this is even if your doctor has said it may not be likely, please keep trying!

1. Clean up Your Diet. You know I’m always going back to what we eat, but this couldn’t be more important in this situation. Part of becoming pregnant comes with how ideal is the environment for it (ie: stress, etc.) and nutrition is a big peace of this. If you’re eating a bunch of crap, do you really think that’s optimal for welcoming a growing baby?

2. Relax. If you know me, this is definitely a challenge lol! But what I mean is, do what you can do to be in the best place to welcome a baby to your family, and then let it go. When you get so caught up in not getting pregnant, and stressing out about it, it makes it so much harder. My good friend, Renee, shared a story in her newsletter that she was so upset about not getting pregnant that she sliced her fingertip off and had to go to the hospital to get stitches. When she got home, she found out she was pregnant. Let-It-Go.

3. Supplement. There are many, but my favorites are Red Raspberry Leaf, Pycnogenol, Alfalfa, Maca, Chaste Tree Berry, Progesterone and Femmenessence. Here is a better explanation from Wellness Mama. I personally took the Femmenessence Maca Harmony at the end of nursing Addison to help my body start ovulating again. I did test strips every day to see what was going on and within one month of supplementing, my body became regular again and we got pregnant. I wasn’t really expecting it to happen that soon…but ya know-life laughs while you make plans:)! Click here to get it and find out more!

Let me know any other things you have heard of from friends or online because the more we all know, the more likely we are able to help each other. I would love to hear what you think!
