Warm Up 20 seconds on & 10 seconds rest:

Chair Poses

Squat with a Back Leg Kick

Chair Poses

Workout 1 minute for exercise with 15 seconds rest-COMPLETE 2 rounds:

Warrior 2-both sides

Back Leg Lifts

Low Plank

Boat Pose Extended

Side Plank-both sides

Bridge Pose

Russian Twists

Tree Pose

Cool Down:

Child’s Pose

Hip Stretch
