FitKim’s Review of No Poo Shampoo

Health

I know what you’re thinking already-what the heck is no poo shampoo and why would I want anything to do with that?! But before you stop reading, hang in there for a minute or two because my results with this method are nothing short of spectacular.

IFAlthough I’d switched all of my hair products to natural brands with clean ingredients years ago, I’m still always on the look out for ways to take it one step closer to home and simplify. When doing research on supplements for Addison, I stumbled upon The Crunchy Moose’s website and fell in love. She is so awesome! After reading almost her entire blog content, I found her instructions on the No Poo Shampoo Method. It looked easy enough so I gave it a try.

Basically what you’re doing is a shampoo detox, finally getting rid of all that product build up from over the years. All you’re using is Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar-plus I finish with Argan Oil after I brush my hair:). And luckily I knew what to expect in advance because the first couple of washes left my hair feeling a bit greasy. But then, it was as if my natural curl could finally come alive-I’m not kidding! I’ve always had mostly curly hair but then part of it more wavy and it just never seemed to work out unless I used a curling iron lol.

I have had more compliments on my hair since switching to this method and I love how easy and simplistic this is. Here are the instructions on how to do it and please let me know what you think!
