The holidays are a great time to test your abilities on sticking to your commitments when life happens. When I say life happens, I am referring to the unexpected meeting that ran late, your friend who needs you to help them get their car to the shop or the sheer lack of motivation due to all the stress around you. When these things occur, we often skip out on our intended workouts, grab food on the run instead of packing a lunch and definitely get far too little sleep. But if you think about it, life is always going to happen. There is always going to be something challenging you to give in and not make the changes you so desperately desire. I am here to say that it is possible to get the results you want, despite everything going on in your life. In fact, working out and eating healthy will make you feel 100 times better and more likely to be able to cope with any craziness that may come your way. So instead of putting off your workout until tomorrow or starting a new diet next week, start today. Get up and move or choose something healthy for your next meal. You can do this. I am here to help you in any way that I can. Please come along with me for another fanastic year and let’s see what we can accomplish together!
