Multitasking Workouts

I have been scouring a mad amount of Internet data over the last 2 months, and I just realized that I have been following the same multitasking pattern for many years. Let me explain.
While training for my first marathon (6 months, 5 days per week), I managed to learn basic Spanish simultaneously. I would download the audio books onto my Ipod and hit the trails. Yes, passersbys would sometimes stare at me repeating “deseo una cerveza fría” to myself, but it was definitely worth it in the end!
I then decide that I am going to complete my Masters Degree while working full time. What a perfect match the elliptical made to this decision. I could read, highlight and memorize as I burned those calories!
My latest addition to this has been downloading podcasts onto my Ipod and listening while running or biking. I have been able to absorb hours upon hours of information on internet marketing while getting fit and toned. I would definitely not have been able to squeeze this time otherwise into my busy schedule!Multitasking Workouts
