1/2-1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (I used chocolate)
2/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
4 ice cubes
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
2. Add enough water to cover 2/3 of the ingredients.
3. Blend for 30-45 seconds, pour in a glass and enjoy!
