If you’re anything like most people, it is very difficult to get your family to eat green food, much less broccoli lol! So to save the day, here is a smoothie that packs in 6+ servings of fruits and veggies per serving. (Click here for Apple Pie Delight or Chocolate Maca Shake)
2 Servings
- 2 Bananas
- 3/4 cup frozen Mango
- 3/4 cup frozen Pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 packet of powder Greens (optional but adds a veggie boost!)
- Water
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and fill with water until about 2/3rds full. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
