If you’re anything like most people, it is very difficult to get your family to eat green food, much less broccoli lol! So to save the day, here is a smoothie that packs in 6+ servings of fruits and veggies per serving. (Click here forΒ Apple Pie Delight or Chocolate Maca Shake)

Tropical Green Smoothie for webIngredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 3/4 cup frozen Mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen Pineapple
  • 3/4 cup frozen Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 packet of powder Greens (optional but adds a veggie boost!)
  • Water

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and fill with water until about 2/3rds full. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.
