Finding something quick and healthy in the morning can be a bit of a challenge, so try this creamy smoothie recipe to start your day off right!
A few notes, if you have any digestive issues, I would try a coconut yogurt instead. Also, you can add water to it to change the consistency based on your preferences. Berries are a superfood and are also anti-inflammatory so this is a great choice. I also like to add a superfruit juice such as Mangosteen to amp up the nutrition content even more!
- • 1 cup Yogurt
- • 2 cups mixed Berries
- • A few Ice Cubes
- • 1 cup Milk
- • 1 oz. Mangosteen Juice (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
