I want you to really be honest with yourself as far as your commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. I think it’s become acceptable to use the excuse of being too busy or not having enough knowledge, but that really isn’t the case. Maybe you’re not ready to make a change. Or maybe you’re afraid and think it will be a lot of hard work. Either way, I want you to know you can do it. As someone who travels quite a bit, I have to be super creative to make sure I eat clean 90% of the time and get my workouts in. But I am committed and figure it out because I know I’ll feel better living that way. How about you?
We spend more time planning our next vacation or buying our next car than we do on our health. Why don’t you make the decision to spend a little more time preparing your meals and planning your workouts this week than you did last week? I promise you, you will not regret it. In fact, you’ll feel fantastic and have more energy to get to all the things you have to do done. Take a little time for yourself, you deserve it!
