I think one of my earliest concerns as a new parent was what to do if my baby got a cold. I’m not the type of person to go buy cold medicine, so I had to come up with a natural remedy that I felt was safe and effective. Here is what I use if Addison has a chest cough, which luckily has only been a couple of times!
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Using a small amount, gently rub into the chest area. Use a dry cloth to wipe away excess oil if needed. Apply several times a day.
Note: It is VERY important to only use high quality essential oils. I would not recommend the ones found at the grocery or convenience store. These are the ones I endorse. Enjoy!
