Yum, oh, yum! We all know we need more healthy Omega 3’s, so what better way to get them than in this delicious Blueberry Chia Seed Jam? Use it to add a bit more flavor in any way that you can imagine!



  1. Mix the juice and chia seeds together. Let them gel together for about 15 minutes and then store in the fridge.
