This is a powerhouse breakfast recipe that is loaded with superfoods such as goji berries, coconut and raw cacao. Since it’s naturally sweetened, you cannot go wrong!
- 1 ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp. Goji Berries
- 1 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs
- 1 Tbsp. shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- ½ a Banana
- Bring water to a boil.
- Gently stir in all ingredients and reduce heat to low.
- Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. While the oats are cooking, add the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add cooked oatmeal to the bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
