Coconut Goji Berry Oatmeal

This is a powerhouse breakfast recipe that is loaded with superfoods such as goji berries, coconut and raw cacao. Since it’s naturally sweetened, you cannot go wrong!


  • 1 ¼ cup Water
  • ½ cup rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Goji Berries
  • 1 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • ½ a Banana


  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Gently stir in all ingredients and reduce heat to low.
  3. Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. While the oats are cooking, add the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork.
  4. Add cooked oatmeal to the bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
