This is absolutely my new favorite obsession! I cannot believe something so healthy can taste so good. Try it!
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cucumber (peel at least ½ of it)
- 1 Apple (peel at least ½ of it)
- ¼ cup fresh Mint
- ¼ cup fresh Basil
- 1 cup Coconut Water or Almond Milk
- ½ cup Ice (if desired)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and Add enough water to reach desired consistency.
2. Blend for 30-45 seconds.
3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
