Cucumber Mint Frappe’

This is absolutely my new favorite obsession! I cannot believe something so healthy can taste so good. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cucumber (peel at least ½ of it)
  • 1 Apple (peel at least ½ of it)
  • ¼ cup fresh Mint
  • ¼ cup fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Ice (if desired)

 Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and Add enough water to reach desired consistency.

2. Blend for 30-45 seconds.

3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.

 

Servings: 2 Prep Time: 4 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes
