The number one New Year’s resolution is to lose weight, so most of you will most likely be looking to clean up your diet. The best way to get more fruits and veggies in is by incorporating smoothies into your daily regimen. This has seriously saved my health as I’ve traveled over 40 weeks in 2013!
If you’re deciding between the NutraBullet and the Magic Bullet, I would recommend the NutraBullet if you are actually going to use it. I first bought a Magic Bullet years ago and was really disappointed with how wimpy it was. Yes it came with all kinds of cool accessories but I never even used them. When it comes to a blender, the most important thing in my opinion is the motor. You want a blender that can smoothly blend up anything, even frozen fruit!
I was lucky enough to receive the NutraBullet last year as a gift and traveled with it all of 2013. It blends everything really well, but once in awhile you’ll get a whole frozen strawberry or banana slice. But I absolutely love how small it is and that it can fit in my suitcase. If you’ve never had a blender in your whole life, then buy the Magic Bullet and save the receipt-you’ll know after 30 days whether or not you’re going to use it consistently.
Here’s my review and a bonus recipe on the NutraBullet!
