Spring Break Beach Body Workout

Is your body ready for spring break?  These exercises are a must to get you feeling great in your bikini!

Do 10 reps of each, moving from one exercise to the next. You can rest for 30-60 seconds between rounds. Do as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes (without rushing:)!

  • Pushups
  • Tricep Dips
  • Snow Angels
  • 3 Second Side Planks
  • Lunges
  • Squats
