Not only is this super easy to make, but it tastes better and is so much healthier than the store-bought version. Take advantage of apples being in season and stock up! Use any variety that you like.
- 5 Apples, cored (peeling is optional)
- Cinnamon to taste (I used about two teaspoons)
- Place apples in a large stock pot and cover with water. Boil for 25 minutes or until apples are cooked through.
- Drain water and place apples in a blender. Add as much cinnamon as you want and blend thoroughly.
