  1. Hi, Lois! It is really best to take it at least 15 minutes before a meal, ideally 30 and okay up to about 45 minutes. I’ve had a few clients say they’re stomach became upset if they waited too long. And I am hoping to come to Denver in the fall but am due in May so not sure if I’ll be able to swing it-ha:)!

  2. is there an optimal time lasp after taking
    the green coffee bean (other than at least 30 min before meal).
